You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.\r\nDo your talents include the following?\r\nDemonstrated experience with architecting, designing, and implementing complex extensions, customizations, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 platform.\r\nAdvanced proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization using X++, C#, JavaScript, and Azure services.\r\nLeveraging tools such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and APIs to build scalable, high-performance solutions.\r\nCollaborating with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.\r\nDeveloping reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to optimize future development efforts.\r\nSetting development standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.\r\nReviewing and approving code, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and project requirements.\r\nMentoring and guiding team members, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence.\r\nEstablishing and enforcing processes for code reviews, deployments, and technical documentation.\r\nPartnering with project managers, solution architects, and functional leads to align technical execution with project goals.\r\nProviding technical expertise and recommendations during project planning and execution phases.\r\nStrong knowledge of Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrations.\r\nEvaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.\r\nEstablishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.\r\nAbility to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.\r\nYour educational and professional qualifications:\r\nBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field).\r\n5+ years working in Dynamics 365 development with a focus on extending functionality and building complex solutions.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.\r\nMicrosoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Azure Developer Associate are preferred.\r\nOur hybrid workplace:\r\nProtiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely.
