Not demos. Real closed-loop systems that observe, decide, act, and verify their own work inside client environments. You will sit with clients, map their operating reality, and translate messy business processes into governed multi-agent architectures that actually run in production.You will own problems, not tickets. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is missing, you build it. If a client is confused, you get on the call.What You Will DoDesign and build agents from scratch: orchestration, tool use, memory, evaluation, and guardrails. Build closed-loop systems where agent output is verified, corrected, and improved without a human babysitting every step. Work directly with clients to scope, demo, and deploy. Translate ambiguity into architecture. Write clearly, present clearly, and defend your design decisions in the room.
