You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways\r\nTeam Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.\r\nDesign & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\n8+ years of professional software engineering experience.\r\n3+ years of experience in technical leadership influencing architecture and engineering direction.\r\nAdvanced English is required.\r\nSuccessful completion of a four-year college degree is required.\r\nExpert-level proficiency with C# and .NET framework.\r\nHands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.\r\nStrong experience building and scaling distributed systems in production.\r\nProven experience with AWS.\r\nSolid experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.\r\nDeep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Helm), CI/CD, and GitOps practices.\r\nExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases.\r\nExperience implementing event streaming solutions using Kafka or Kinesis.\r\nStrong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.\r\nExperience implementing secure authentication and authorization using OAuth/OIDC.\r\nExperience designing and maintaining APIs and service-to-service integrations.\r\nExperience implementing observability practices using tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or distributed tracing solutions.\r\nStrong background in testing strategies including Test-Driven Development (TDD), integration testing, and performance testing.\r\nAbility to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.\r\nAbility to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.\r\nForensic attention to detail.\r\nA positive mindset and a can-do attitude.\r\nExperience working on Agile/Scrum teams.\r\nMeaningful experience working on large, complex systems.\r\nAbility to take extreme ownership over your work.
