The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building scalable and reliable integration solutions and is excited about tackling complex integration challenges and ensure best practices and standards are followed.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelopment of end-to-end integration solutions using Mulesoft's Anypoint Platform.\nCollaborate with solution architects, technical leads, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nDesign and implement Mule flows, APIs, connectors, and custom components to ensure smooth data transfer between systems.\nOptimize integration processes for performance, reliability, reuse, and scalability, considering best practices and industry standards.\nDebug and troubleshoot integration issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.\nStay updated with the latest Mulesoft developments, tools, and techniques, and apply them to enhance integration capabilities.\nCollaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and accuracy of integration solutions.\nCreate Documentation of work completed.\nParticipate in code reviews, and ensure compliance with coding best practices and standards, to maintain code quality and consistency.\nTest and debug solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.\nFoster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.\nStay up to date with the latest integration technologies, trends, and tools to continuously improve the solution implementations.\nOther duties may be assigned, and responsibilities and activities may change\nQualifications and Competencies: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nExperience\nMinimum of 7 years’ experience as a Senior Mulesoft Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful integration projects.\nEducation – requirements and/or certifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nSkills required:\nStrong understanding of integration design patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Java, along with hands-on experience in building custom Mule components and use of connectors to Database, APIs, Salesforce, etc.\nSolid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL Server) and database integrations.\nExperience with MuleSoft CloudHub deployment and managing Mule runtimes.\nKnowledge of API security best practices, OAuth, and other authentication/authorization mechanisms.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex integration challenges.\nEffective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nMuleSoft Developer Certification is a must.\nPrevious experience in a leadership or mentoring role is advantageous.\nStrong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.\nSolid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and version control systems (e.g., BitBucket), and DevOps/CICD.\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environment.\n.\nMust have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ\nPhysical Requirements:\nSitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, close vision for computer work, speaking, hearing, lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
