The position requires that the candidate is able to adjust to a fast-paced market where last-minute movements happen often. The candidate will need to be able to work with minimal supervision and provide great customer service.\n\nDuties And Responsibilities\n\nInstall and service CCTV, batteries, solar panels, and solar controls.\n\nMaintain and service small engine gas powered generators.\n\nMust have a strong work ethic and ability to work well with other team members.\n\nProvides reliable, high quality customer support.\n\nPerforms customer instruction on system operation and functionality.\n\nPerforms system testing and signal verification.\n\nMaintains the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools).\n\nPerform new MST installations, upgrades, and additions.\n\nOrganizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.\n\nMonitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.\n\nCompletes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.\n\nMust be detail oriented.\n\nMust complete projects as assigned.\n\nMust be able to understand what DHCP and Static IPs are.\n\nMinimum Qualifications (Education, Skills & Experience)\n\nMinimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.\n\nMust have three or more years of experience.\n\nMust have working knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, CCTV, intercom, networking, and small engine mechanics.\n\nMust have a working knowledge to full understanding of local/national codes.\n\nMust have a valid driver's license and be able to clear a drug screening.\n\nCertification/Licensing\n\nMust obtain and retain any specific product certifications and/or licenses that are required by national, state and local codes.\n\nWork Environment\n\nExposure to outside weather conditions, risk of electrical shock, and harsh work environments.\n\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
