callouts, weld symbols, and technical drawings to ensure products meet or exceed customer specifications.\r\nPerform welding using GMAW-P (Pulse MIG), GMAW-S (Spray Transfer MIG), and GTAW (TIG) processes to fabricate and assemble weldments, tanks, and metal components in accordance with weld procedure specifications.\r\nWeld a variety of materials including carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum while maintaining quality and productivity standards.\r\nComplete manual layout and fit-up of weldments independently with minimal supervision.\r\nUtilize fixtures, gauges, jigs, and fabrication tools to manufacture welded assemblies to required tolerances and customer specifications.\r\nSupport the development and continuous improvement of work instructions and manufacturing documentation.\r\nPerform first article, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools including calipers, height gauges, protractors, and tape measures.\r\nConduct pressure testing of fuel tanks and hydrostatic testing of glycol tanks to validate product integrity and quality.\r\nTravel between manufacturing facilities as needed and adapt to varying production schedules and product requirements.\r\nEvaluate welding methods and workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.\r\nEducation & Experience:\r\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\r\n1–3 years of hands-on experience with GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW welding processes, preferably within a job shop or custom fabrication environment.\r\nAbility to read and interpret American and European blueprints, GD&T callouts, and weld symbols.\r\nExperience performing pressure testing and/or hydrostatic testing
