This role coordinates and manages all MobileService activities within the dealership.Skills/Knowledge – Knowledge of Service Advisor functions, knowledge ofdealership operations, customer focused, business acumen, people leaderQualities – Trustworthy, personable, good communicator, confident, decisive,organized, skilled in conflict management, dependable, adaptable, thoroughResponsibilities Include• Manage RO ProcessRO creation• Mobile Service AdvisorEnsure correct partsRO closeoutProcess payment• Manage Parts ProcessCoordinate with Parts Department to ensure parts availability for repairCoordinate with Parts Department to add additional sales opportunity partsEnsure Mobile Service Unit is loaded with needed parts for repairsAdd parts to the RO as requiredEnsure unused parts are accounted for and added back to inventory• ScheduleTake incoming Mobile Service requestsDetermine scheduled day and time, maximizing route optimization• RouteUtilize Route Optimization to set Mobile Service appointments• DispatchDispatch appropriate Mobile Service xhyhwjd Unit and Technician forrequested repairDetermine if repair request is within Mobile Service scope• Customer Communication Prior to and During RepairConfirm customer appointmentCommunicate day of Mobile Service status• Customer Follow-UpEnsure customer satisfaction• ProspectPartner with Fleet staff to solicit Fleet business• MarketingPartner with dealership Marketing Department to promote Mobile Service
