Increase after training. Shift Differential Pay. Paid Weekly.\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Glenwillow. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the extrusion machines to produce high-quality products. You will be expected to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will be critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. Your work will directly impact the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent years of experience\nExperience operating extrusion machines or similar equipment\nAbility to read and interpret technical documents and schematics\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets\nBasic Computer Skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in a manufacturing or production environment\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing principles\nFamiliarity with quality control processes and procedures\nExperience with SAP or other inventory management systems\nAbility to operate multiple machines and equipment\nResponsibilities:\nOperate and maintain extrusion machines to produce high-quality products\nFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment\nMonitor production process and troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise\nPerform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance\nCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient production process\nSkills:\nAs a Machine Operator you will use your technical skills and attention to detail to operate and maintain machines. You will need to be able to read and interpret technical documents and schematics, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and perform routine maintenance on machines. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes and meet production targets.
