This role focuses on software testing, test automation, database testing, and GxP systems lifecycle management.Supports validation readiness for enterprise systems, integrations, data migration, and database environments, with a focus on validation strategy, testing, automation, and risk-based validation aligned with CSA principles and project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop validation plans, test scripts, automation scripts, and test strategies for enterprise systems, integrations, data migration, and database environments.Implement test automation using Tricentis Tosca, qTest, and Vera.Support requirements reviews, risk assessments, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) creation.Execute system, integration, database, data migration, and UAT testing activities.Develop, modify, and execute software test plans and automated test scripts.Perform testing and validation involving Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Db2, and PostgreSQL.Ensure GxP system functionality and compliance with applicable quality standards.Apply CSA methodologies and risk-based validation practices throughout the system lifecycle.Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, database teams, and implementation partners.Support defect investigation, issue resolution, and validation activities throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3–5+ years of experience in software validation, ERP systems, software testing, or quality assurance.Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, qTest, and/or Vera, or similar test automation tools.Experience with database testing and validation involving Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Db2, and/or PostgreSQL.Experience with CSA methodologies and GxP compliance.Strong knowledge of the validation lifecycle for large enterprise systems.Strong understanding of system, integration, data migration, database, and UAT testing.Experience developing test plans, test scripts, automation scripts, and RTMs.About Trident ConsultingTrident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
