If you have a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities and enjoy managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing candidates to placing new hires—we want to meet you!\nRecruiter Key Responsibilities:\nAs a Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients find top-quality employees who best fit their job openings. Your responsibilities will include:\nSourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (job boards, career pages, social media, etc.).\nCollaborating with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs.\nManaging candidate information (resumes, contact details, etc.) within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nConducting pre-employment screening, including reference checks and background verification.\nWorking closely with assigned clients to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.\nEnsuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.\nMeeting weekly recruitment goals and performance metrics.\nRecruiter What We’re Looking For:\nProven experience as a Recruiter, Staffing Specialist, or Staffing Coordinator.\nFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases.\nStrong experience conducting interviews and candidate evaluations (phone/virtual screenings, structured interviews, assessments).\nExcellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.\nOutstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.\nKnowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.\nAbility to work independently while staying focused and results driven.\nPosition Details:\nSchedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM\nCompensation: Competitive\nLocation: Appleton, WI Not a remote position –\nAbout US Tech Force:\nFor over 20 years, US Tech Force has been a trusted partner for businesses across Northeast Wisconsin, providing tailored staffing solutions for companies of all sizes.
