{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"57571de8d4d8a5d8d4609d6b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/57571de8d4d8a5d8d4609d6b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/57571de8d4d8a5d8d4609d6b","title":"Operator","description":"Job Title: Fabrication Machine Operator (Pharmaceutical)\nLocation: West Caldwell, New Jersey\n\nType: Contract\nCompensation: $23 - $24/Hour (based on shift and experience)\nContractor Work Model: Onsite\nHours: Mon-Fri 3rd Shift: 10:15 PM - 6:30 AM\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nOperate vial filling machines, fabrication machines, and/or secondary packaging equipment including labels and semi-automatic packaging equipment..\nMeet established scrap rate goals.\nClean and set up manufacturing/packaging equipment.\nAssure appropriate calibration stickers are current.\nRecord all necessary documentation in appropriate logbooks and batch records.\nCommunicate with IPC Operator and Supervisor on all issues concerning quality, components, and machine performance.\nPalletize completed work and transport to warehouse as necessary.\nComplete downtime log accurately and contemporaneously.\nAssure that all reconciled labeling; e.g. pouch stock, inserts, shipper labels and waste is properly accounted for.\nCommunicate mechanical issues and other Production information with incoming and outgoing shifts.\nKnowledgeable of all appropriate SOP’s and their practical application.\nQualifications:\nMust be able to successfully pass a respirator fit test to wear periodically\nPrior Pharma packaging experience required\nAbility to be gowned for manufacturing – wear safety glasses, hearing protection, full face/half mask respirator, latex gloves, Tyvek suit\nMust possess good manual dexterity and visual acuity, basic reading, writing, verbal and math skills\nMust be able to lift and move 25-49lbs throughout shift\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
