DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Mobile Engineering Lead – React Native to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, mobile architecture, CI/CD, and native mobile development, along with proven experience leading engineers and making architectural decisions.ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and development of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.Design scalable, maintainable mobile application architecture.Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers.Develop reusable React Native components and mobile frameworks.Work with TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, Redux/Zustand, REST APIs and GraphQL.Integrate native iOS and Android functionality when required.Optimize application performance, startup time, memory usage, and network performance.Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.Manage App Store and Google Play releases.Establish CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane, or similar.Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, QA, and other technical leaders.Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.Participate in technical design reviews and system architecture discussions.Required Qualifications7+ years of software/mobile development experience.4+ years of strong React Native development experience.Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills.Experience building and releasing production iOS and Android applications.Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns.Experience with Redux, Zustand, or another state-management framework.Experience with REST APIs, authentication, push notifications, deep linking, and offline storage.Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices.Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization.Previous technical leadership or team-lead experience.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work onsite in Fremont, CA.Coding InterviewThe
