IT support role. 7+ yrs experience.Responsibilities:Focused IT primary Point of Contact that can be dispatched to expedite the support participate and support Rapid Response Team triage process and attendsupport Daily Performance MeetingsAssist network support team and other infra teams for daytoday troubleshooting and infra projectsAssist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets P1P2 investigation and resolutionHelps local hardware support team with checking printers and shopfloor peripheralsProvides assistance to the hardware support team for applications or processesAct as coordinator for resolving incidents related to any application support in manufacturing plantBe a SPOC for BUIT Local support and external vendorsResolve connection issues with weighing scales including replacement of defective MOXA and related network componentsCoordinate with MLL Workstation engineering WESS team to resolve OS and workstation build issues including antivirusmalware related setup and issuesTest connectivity for changes to network including wireless and patchingCoordinate with application owners to install the client applications and ensure that the applications launch as expectedCoordinate with equipment vendors for repair and maintenanceInitial troubleshooting for application issues and continue to provide coordinationescalation to resolutionconclusionSupport base businessrelated IQOQ testing and technical change control activitiesQualifications:Knowledge of GxP is a must.Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support incident managementShould be conversant with ITIL process ServiceAsset managementMust be knowledgeable in network infrastructureShould be knowledgeable on multiple Operating Systems DBsShould be able to work independently and be ready to provide support offbusiness hoursMES knowledge is an added advantageShould posses multitasking capabilities with excellent coordination skillsWorked in pharmamanufacturing plant is added advantageAdditional RequirementsManufacturing Experience with ItInfra knowledgeCross TeamDept CoordinationProject experienceITIL Knowledge would be preferableRequired Skills : Desktop SupportBasic Qualification :Additional Skills : Helpdesk SupportBackground Check : No
