Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement
Job Description: Lead the strategy and execution of enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams Drive alignment with cross-functional teams Build and manage the onboarding experience for new revenue hires Develop and maintain a library of sales plays, battlecards, and training resources Requirements: 5+ years of sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership experience Demonstrated ability to build enablement programs from scratch Strong understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LMS platforms Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Benefits: Flexible PTO Competitive salary Stock options Full health coverage
