As a Construction Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate construction projects, manage on-site activities, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and collaborate with project managers and subcontractors. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar roleExtensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelinesAbility to read project plans and blueprintsStrong leadership and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving skills and attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
