Job Description Manager of Financial Systems Remote or Hybrid (must reside in a state/jurisdiction where the firm operates) Full-Time $185,000 – $200,000 annuallyA nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Manager of Financial Systems to lead financial systems reporting, analytics, and data integration initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Analysis, this role is ideal for a technical and people-focused leader with deep experience in legal financial systems and reporting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team responsible for financial systems reporting and data deliveryDevelop and maintain reporting solutions using PowerBI, SSRS, SQL, and Elite 3ETranslate financial metrics and KPIs into data queries and reporting toolsDesign, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain financial applications and integrationsCollaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to support reporting and analytics initiativesDevelop SQL functions, stored procedures, and ETL processes for financial data managementIdentify process improvements and maintain system consistency across financial platformsServe as a key stakeholder and decision-maker for financial systems and reporting solutionsQualifications3+ years of legal industry experience requiredPrior experience supporting legal financial systems and reporting operations required2+ years of management or team leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of Elite 3E, PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and SQL developmentExperience with financial systems architecture, reporting, and data integrationStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to manage projects and teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsComprehensive benefits package includes:Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) planPaid time off and sick leaveParking/transit reimbursement (where applicable)Employee assistance and referral programsThis opportunity offers leadership responsibility, advanced technical work, and the ability to drive strategic financial reporting initiatives within a sophisticated law firm environment.
