With a focus on innovation, scalability, and alignment with business strategies, NucleusTeq helps enterprises optimize their data ecosystems and accelerate digital transformation.Role DescriptionThe Technical Program Manager will own end-to-end program and project management for engineering initiatives focused on enabling GenAI capabilities on a Big Data platform. This role will drive execution across cross-functional engineering teams using scaled agile practices, ensure timely delivery of complex cloud programs, and provide clear, consistent visibility to leadership through structured reporting and status updates.Description Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end project and program management across multiple engineering workstreams.Plan, track, and execute programs with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.Lead and enable engineering teams using scaled agile methodologies (SAFe / Agile at scale).Drive delivery of GenAI enablement initiatives, including:Semantic layer development,Model Context Protocol (MCP) services, GenAI integrations on Big Data platformsPartner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Platform teams to ensure alignment.Manage and mitigate program risks, blockers, and inter-team dependencies proactively.Prepare and present weekly status updates to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and accuracy.Ensure execution quality, delivery timelines, and engineering productivity across programs.Apply prior experience from large-scale cloud migration programs to complex platform initiatives.Required Skills & Experience Proven experience driving large-scale, complex engineering programs end-to-end.Strong understanding of cloud technologies and services (AWS / Azure / GCP).Hands-on experience managing cloud migration or modernization programs.Solid understanding of Big Data platforms and distributed systems.Experience working with GenAI, AI/ML, or data platform enablement initiatives (direct or adjacent).Strong expertise in scaled agile frameworks and agile delivery models.Ability to communicate crisply with engineering teams and senior leadership.
