Responsibilities: Build and support backend services, APIs, and data workflows in Python and Django on PostgreSQL within a multi-tenant SaaS environment.Write clear, well-scoped GitHub Issues that turn product needs into work an AI agent can complete correctly.Review and audit AI-generated pull requests for security issues, edge cases, test coverage, and architectural fit.Work on integrations with payment gateways, direct debit providers, accounting software, and point-of-sale platforms.Maintain and modernize an established production codebase while making changes safely across tenants.Operate within our GitHub Actions CI/CD setup, including branch-based delivery, automated testing, and merge queues, while helping improve the process.Support the migration of legacy pipelines and repositories to our current infrastructure.Take features from investigation through deployment and production support, and document what you build.Learn how we use AI-assisted development, grow into the workflow, and take ownership over time.
