Join a team where your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your work helps bring OTG's People First culture to life.In this Role you will…Conduct full cycle recruitment, identify strategies to enhance the TA processOversee TA projects such as new openingsReview resumes, interview candidates (by video and in person), administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire), and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territoryActively source talentServes as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned locationsDevelops new strategies and programs to attract candidatesUses traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidatesDevelop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidatesFollows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting processDevelops and maintains excellent relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goalsCommunicates important employment information during the delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements)Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferredPrior 3-5 years of recruiting experienceExcellent communication skillsProject management proficiency preferredExperience with high-volume recruitingHospitality, Restaurant, And/or Hotel Experience PreferredFamiliar and comfortable with HRIS and ATSExperience in a demanding, fast-paced, work environmentHighly organized and process-orientedEqual Opportunity EmployerWe’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
