Associate Attorney

Role Summary: We are partnered with an established and growing Chicago Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm seeking a litigation and trial attorney with 0-2+ years experience. Candidate should be an expert in time and case organization, willingness to take on difficult cases with high volume, excel in client communication, have the ability to multi-task and excited to work on a diverse case load. Responsibilities:Handle a high-volume caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters.Take and defend depositions.Attend court appearances, hearings, and mediations.Assist with trial preparation and participate/handle/chair trials to jury verdict.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and negotiate settlements/conduct settlement conferences/mediations. Qualifications:0 to 2+ years experience in Personal Injury.Must be currently licensed (not pending) to practice in Illinois and in good standing.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Trial or deposition experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits:Base salary ($80,000-$90,000/yr) + bonus structure based on individual case performance and results.
