This position ensures safe machine operation, maintains production efficiency, performs basic quality checks, and supports overall plant operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate rotational molding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.\nLoad molds with appropriate materials and prepare molds for production cycles.\nMonitor machine temperatures, cycle times, and product quality throughout production.\nRemove finished molded parts from molds and inspect for defects or inconsistencies.\nTrim excess material and prepare products for secondary operations or packaging.\nPerform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.\nFollow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output goals.\nComplete production records, quality documentation, and downtime reports accurately.\nPerform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.\nIdentify equipment or product issues and communicate concerns to supervisors or maintenance.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.\nAssist with material handling, mold changes, and other production duties as assigned.\nTypical Day-to-Day Functions\nReview production schedule and work instructions at the beginning of the shift.\nInspect molds, machines, and work area for safety and operational readiness.\nLoad raw material into molds according to product specifications.\nOperate rotational molding machines and monitor production cycles.\nObserve machine temperatures, timing, and product consistency during operation.\nRemove finished parts from molds safely and efficiently.\nInspect molded parts for defects such as holes, warping, thin spots, or incomplete fills.\nTrim excess plastic material and prepare parts for finishing or assembly.\nUse hand tools, cutting tools, and measuring devices as needed.\nStack, package, label, or move finished products to designated areas.\nComplete production counts and quality documentation throughout the shift.\nCommunicate machine issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors or maintenance.\nAssist with mold changes, cleaning molds, and preparing equipment for the next production run.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.\nFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.\nSupport other production areas as needed to meet operational goals.\nSkills & Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.\nAbility to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures.\nBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to use hand tools and measuring devices.\nStrong attention to detail and quality standards.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood attendance and reliability required.\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.\nFrequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to bend, twist, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving machinery.\nMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and dust\nSchedule:\nWeekend shifts – First Shift -
