Primary Job ResponsibilitiesLearn from plant Manufacturing and Controls Engineers and Process ExpertsImplement Create Ideas and drive Continuous ImprovementAssist engineering team with completing automation, tooling, lean, and other engineering projectsPrepare presentations, technical documents, and other project documentation Assist troubleshooting, debugging, and developing improvements with auto and semi-auto assembly equipmentCoordinate with others to determine root cause and implement permanent solutionsPerform and document control system testingReview reports and test results to help develop or implement permanent improvementsDevelop How To instructions for all levels of operationsExpectationsSafety ConsciousAbility to work up to 25 hours per weekPunctual and efficientSelf-motivated Results driven success including researching, designing and executing new technologies and or processes.Assist with hands on troubleshooting independently or within teamsEffective oral and written communication skillsPersonal skills include the ability to work well with others, team spirit, flexibility with personal schedule to support operationsPassion for learning and applying controls solution to manufacturing opportunitiesMicrosoft Office tools experience requiredContinuous Improvement mindset Qualifications And ExperienceWorking towards a degree from an accredited College or University in EngineeringProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel Good communication skills Good troubleshooting skillsMust be able to lift 40 lbsCandidates residing in California or Colorado are not eligible for remote positions.Avancez Assembly is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
