This role will help maintain and improve the processes, tools, and reporting that enable efficient and scalable hiring across Databricks, including the use of AI and automation to streamline workflows and enhance data quality.\r\nAs an Associate, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our global talent organization by ensuring smooth operations and efficient, tech-enabled processes.
