Work alongside experienced engineers and administrators to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise infrastructure supporting classified operations.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAdminister desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks.\r\nPerform account management, operating system installation, system configuration, and local systems administration activities.\r\nSupport the implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise IT systems and supporting infrastructure.\r\nMonitor and maintain client, server, storage, and network environments to ensure operational availability.\r\nProvide Tier II and Tier III troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware, software, operating system, and infrastructure issues.\r\nEscalate and communicate system status, outages, and resolutions to customer leadership and internal stakeholders.\r\nInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and enterprise services.\r\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network, and communications infrastructure issues.\r\nConfigure and maintain network components while implementing operating system enhancements that improve reliability and performance.\r\nInstall software updates, operating system upgrades, security patches, and COTS/GOTS applications in accordance with established policies and service level agreements.\r\nMaintain multiple linked databases, ensuring security, integrity, disaster recovery, and data import/export processes.\r\nPerform scheduled and emergency maintenance on enterprise data center equipment.\r\nCoordinate planned maintenance windows with affected customers and stakeholders.\r\nSupport backup and disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation.\r\nMaintain system compliance with DISA STIG requirements utilizing tools such as Retina and HBSS.\r\nDevelop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.\r\nVerify system health and availability using enterprise monitoring and management tools.\r\nParticipate in after-hours on-call support as required.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nActive Top Secret/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.\r\nCompTIA Security+ CE or DoD 8570 Level II certification within 90 days of hire.\r\nExperience administering Windows, UNIX, and/or enterprise storage environments.\r\nExperience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and troubleshooting complex technical issues.\r\nExperience working with ticketing and trouble reporting systems.\r\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\r\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.\r\nAbility to participate in an on-call rotation.\r\nAbility to travel up to 20% to local customer sites.\r\nTechnical Experience\r\nWindows Server Administration\r\nRed Hat Enterprise Linux\r\nSolaris\r\nIRIX\r\nEnterprise Storage Systems\r\nSQL, Sybase, or Informix databases\r\nDatabase Administration\r\nNetwork Administration\r\nNetwork Configuration Management\r\nBash, PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting\r\nDISA STIG implementation and remediation\r\nEnterprise backup and recovery solutions\r\nIntelligence Community production environments\r\nImagery intelligence systems and workflows\r\nActive DoD TS/SCI\r\nAbility to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph\r\nAdditional Requirements\r\nSome travel may be required; must possess a valid driver's license and transportation.\r\nCandidate must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.\r\nMust be willing to perform duties not listed in the job description as required by INflow and our customer.\r\nCitizenship Requirements\r\nINflow Federal is a defense contractor.
