Elementary SPED Resource Teacher (SY 2024-25)

## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young students and fostering their academic and personal development. ## Duties - Educate elementary school students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies - Create engaging lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards - Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment - Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs - Utilize mentoring techniques to guide students in their academic and personal growth - Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience - Incorporate library services into lesson plans to promote literacy and research skills - Support students' behavioral health by implementing strategies that foster emotional well-being - Utilize speech therapy and behavioral therapy techniques as needed ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is a plus - Valid teaching certification/license for elementary education - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices - Proficiency in classroom management techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds Join our team as an Elementary School Teacher and make a positive impact on the lives of our students!
