This role is technically focused and requires the ability to execute in all the stages of the data software development lifecycle.\r\nPrimary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate, business analysts and stakeholders to take business requirements translate them into scalable and efficient data analytics solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies.\r\nPossess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure Analysis Services, and other relevant Microsoft tools.\r\nDevelop end-to-end data analytics architectures, including data integration, data warehousing, data modeling, data visualization, and reporting, leveraging Microsoft platforms.\r\nImplement data integration pipelines using Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and other relevant tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a unified data platform.\r\nCreate visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, enabling users to gain valuable insights from data.\r\nWork with Data Analytics Architecture team to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve data processing, query performance, and overall system efficiency.\r\nPartner with our Security practice to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards are met.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and guidance to data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\r\nKeep abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics technologies (Microsoft based and others) and industry trends, continuously enhancing your expertise and applying best practices in solution design and implementation.\r\nProfessional Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems or related field desired or applicably aligned professional experience. Relevant certifications (Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, etc.) are a plus.\r\nEight or more yearsof professional experience working as a Data Analytics Architect or a Senior Data Integration Developer (Data Engineer) with a primary focus on architecting Microsoft technologies.
