Makers Pride is hiring Production Associates to join a refrigerated food manufacturing team in Carol Stream, IL. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking steady work, weekly pay, and long-term potential. No prior experience is required—training is provided.
Pay & Schedule
$18.00 per hour (Overtime after 40 hours)
Weekly pay
Shifts
1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM — 3:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)
2nd Shift – Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM — 1:30 AM (Saturdays as needed)
Work Environment
Refrigerated facility (~30°F)
Fast-paced production line
Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Exposure to noise and airborne food particles
All required PPE is provided
Position Overview
Production Associates support daily operations on the food production line by packaging refrigerated food products, maintaining clean work areas, and helping meet daily production goals. Training is provided for all new hires.
Key Responsibilities
Package and assemble food trays according to safety and quality standards
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Sort and dispose of trash and recyclables
Support production team goals
Follow all safety rules and supervisor instructions
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (10 hours)
Comfortable working in a cold environment (~30°F)
Must wear company-provided PPE
Reliable transportation and attendance
Authorized to work in the U.S.
