to translate requirements into technical solutions.Take ownership end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, release coordination, and post-release support.Troubleshoot production issues, improve system performance, and improve reliability.Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure continuous service operation, including outside core collaboration hours on a periodic basis.Follow best practices across code quality, security, documentation, and maintainability.Required Qualifications5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce platform development concepts.Experience with automation tools such as Flows (as applicable to your CPQ/storefront needs).Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive work forward with minimal oversight.Great attitude: proactive communication, collaborative mindset, and strong ownership.Must be able to work in/alongside the US timezones.Preferred QualificationsExperience with storefront, quoting, order management, or customer-facing Salesforce implementations.Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP/middleware as applicable).Familiarity with deployment practices (source control/CI-CD) and testing approaches.Experience with performance tuning and governor-limit-aware
