Business Development Manager

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in property management and real estate to promote our innovative solutions and build lasting client relationships.Rimkus offers a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where your contributions directly influence the future of our built environment and the communities we serve.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to maximize market penetration and client satisfaction within the assigned territoryIdentify and engage prospective clients across various sectors including corporate, commercial, municipal, governmental, and real estate developersManage and nurture existing client accounts to deepen relationships and increase repeat business opportunitiesUtilize CRM tools to track leads, manage contacts, and document business development activities effectivelyPrepare and coordinate proposals (RFPs), collaborating with operations to align expert resources with client requirementsAttend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent Rimkus and promote our servicesEnsure timely collection of receivables and resolve client concerns in collaboration with operational teamsTravel regularly within the local metropolitan area as well as occasional out-of-area travelQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, or client relationship management, preferably with experience in property management, real estate, building engineering, roofing, or construction sectorsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanorProficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM softwareValid driver's license and reliable transportationSelf-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional Skills:Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships and identify new market opportunitiesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsCapability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesRimkus is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
