As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Advance Onboarding Solutions offers a professional work environment where safety and quality are prioritized, and your expertise will be valued.ResponsibilitiesInstall, assemble, and align machinery and equipment according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.3 Phase MotorsPerform maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial machines and mechanical systems.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.Use precision measuring instruments to ensure proper alignment and function of machinery.Collaborate with team members and management to plan and complete projects on schedule.Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.RequirementsProven experience as a Millwright or in a similar mechanical role.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.Proficiency with hand and power tools and precision measuring instruments.Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects and working in various positions.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.Good communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.BenefitsPay is $24-26
