This role is designed for a self-starter with a strong professional network and the ability to convert relationships into partnerships.You'll represent a full-service firm offering:Marketing, branding, and advertisingSoftware and application developmentIT services and cloud solutionsYour primary mission is to open doors, craft proposals, and drive revenue. Our technical teams will support you on scoping and delivery, but you must have enough working knowledge across services to confidently engage executives in solution-oriented discussions.ResponsibilitiesLeverage your existing network to generate and close new business opportunitiesAttend and represent Raborn Media at 2–3 industry conferences monthlyLead proposal development and collaborate with technical teams to scope projectsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, focused on mutual growthTrack, manage, and forecast opportunities using HubSpot CRM and our project management systemsQualificationsMust Have:Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a related roleA pre-existing network of contacts and decision-makers you can engage immediatelyStrong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skillsAbility to travel frequently (domestic, 2–3 conferences/month)General knowledge across marketing, IT, and software industriesNice to Have:Experience selling services such as marketing/branding, SaaS, or IT solutionsFamiliarity with HubSpot and AsanaPrior success working in an agency, IT, or consulting environmentVanguard 401(k) with 100% match on first 3% + 50% match on next 2%17 PTO days + 13 paid holidays (30 days total in 2024)Health insurance (50% of employee premiums covered)Optional dental and vision insuranceMaternity and paternity leaveCulture FitWe value integrity, collaboration, and long-term relationships.
