Ensure all systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime.\r\nSystem Integration : Integrate PLC systems with HMI/SCADA, Ethernet interfaces for real-time monitoring and process control. Facilitate communication between machines using industrial protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus.\r\nTroubleshooting and Problem Resolution : Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues in PLC-controlled systems. Provide support during machine breakdowns to minimize production disruptions.\r\nEquipment Commissioning and Upgrades : Participate in the setup and commissioning of new equipment. Implement system upgrades to meet new production demands or improve efficiency.\r\nDocumentation and Compliance : Maintain detailed documentation of PLC programs, system modifications, and maintenance activities. Ensure all programming adheres to industry safety and compliance standards, including FDA and OSHA requirements.\r\nCollaboration and Training : Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to support operational goals. Train team members on PLC systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
