distribution, finance, purchasing, and operations.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain custom AL extensions, reports, dashboards, and system enhancementsLead design and documentation of custom ERP workflows — from requirements gathering through developer handoff, including full system specs for automated reservation engines and batch pick ticket generationServe as the bridge between production operations and software development — translating floor-level inefficiencies into scalable ERP solutionsSupport manufacturing workflows — BOMs, routings, production orders, MRP, costing, and inventoryStandardize and improve manufacturing process flows across the shop floor to reduce cycle time variability and improve routing accuracyTranslate business requirements from operations, finance, and leadership into working ERP solutionsDevelop BI tools and KPI dashboards to improve visibility across the businessManage integrations between Business Central and third-party systems and Microsoft toolsApply Power Platform, Power Automate, and AI tools to automate manual processesWhat You’ll NeedSolid Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development experience (AL programming required)Manufacturing ERP background — aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, MRO, or similar regulated environment strongly preferredFamiliarity with manufacturing concepts: BOMs, routings, MRP, job costing, traceability, lot/serial controlPower BI experience a plusKnowledge of SQL, APIs, and integrations helpfulAS9100 or compliance-oriented manufacturing experience is a
