The primary purpose of this role is to implement and enforce safety programs, perform hazard assessments and inspections, investigate incidents, and work with project teams to ensure compliance with OSHA and company EHS policies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nServe as on-site Safety Engineer, conducting inspections and hazard assessments.\nEnforce safety programs and ensure OSHA/EHS compliance.\nInvestigate incidents and near misses; develop corrective actions.\nLead safety training, toolbox talks, and new-hire orientations.\nMaintain safety records, permits, reports, and compliance logs.\nCollaborate with project teams to integrate safety into operations.\nTrack safety metrics and recommend improvements.\nSupport emergency planning, audits, and regulatory inspections.\nPromote a strong safety culture through coaching and observations.\n\nQualifications\n\n3+ years of construction, commercial, or industrial safety experience.\nStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS practices.\nExcellent communication, coaching, and report-writing skills.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites.\nExperience in safety, EHS, OSHA, quality, or construction safety roles.\nOSHA 30, CSP, CHST, or similar certifications preferred.\n\nBenefits\n\nFull Benefits Included\n\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
