They will partner closely with department leaders and team members across the organization to ensure our people programs, systems, and policies support both business goals and an exceptional employee experience.\r\nThis is a highly visible role ideal for a relationship-builder who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and loves to make a tangible difference in people's day-to-day experience at work.\r\nObjectives Lead initiatives that foster connection, recognition, and belonging across all teams; plan and execute engagement programs, events, and communications that celebrate our people and promote a thriving culture\r\nOwn and continuously improve the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit—ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and commitment to growth and wellness\r\nManage performance management processes, facilitate development conversations, and partner with leaders to create growth paths for employees at all levels\r\nDesign and deliver training programs that strengthen leadership, communication, and team effectiveness; oversee rollout of new manager and employee development programs\r\nServe as a trusted resource and advisor to employees and leaders on workplace matters, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with 10X Health's values\r\nLead key HR initiatives such as succession planning, HRIS (UKG) optimization, benefits enhancements, and internal communications projects\r\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure all practices align with compliance standards and ethical HR principles\r\nCollaborate with leadership to translate business goals into actionable people initiatives that strengthen retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness\r\nCompetencies Demonstrated ability to execute day-to-day HR functions while supporting leaders and employees effectively\r\nProven ability to lead engagement and culture initiatives in a growing or start-up environment\r\nStrong project management skills: able to plan, execute, and deliver results across multiple priorities\r\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building trust and collaboration across diverse teams\r\nWorking knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and performance management best practices\r\nExperience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred), including configuration and process optimization\r\nEducation and Experience 4+ years of progressive HR experience\r\nExperience working in a startup or high-growth environment\r\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field\r\nPHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred\r\nPhysical Requirements Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk or computer\r\nCommitment to Diversity As an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, 10X Health System recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
