You will guide projects from kickoff through closeout, serve as the primary point of contact for the client, and work closely with field teams and third-party contractors to deliver results. This is a role with real ownership over schedule, budget, and project outcomes. This is a hybrid position. You will be on-site when it matters and working remotely when appropriate. What You Will Be Responsible For • Owning the project schedule and budget from start to finish, making priority calls and driving the team toward completion. • Managing client relationships and serving as the main point of contact for all external stakeholders including General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, and AHJs. • Handling change orders, submittals, RFIs, material procurement, and project documentation. • Tracking project financials including labor, equipment, and material costs and coordinating billing milestones with Finance. • Supporting the Lead Technician in the field by removing blockers and keeping the project on track. • Providing regular project status updates to the client and internal leadership. What We Are Looking For • Experience managing physical security installation projects including access control, cameras, intrusion, and intercom systems. • A solid track record managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships on multi-site or larger-scale deployments. • Comfortable working alongside GCs, ECs, and owner representatives in an active construction environment. • Familiarity with project tracking and ERP tools such as Smartsheet, Procore, or NetSuite. • OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred. • LENEL platform experience is a plus. • A degree is not required.
