We're looking for someone who's excited to invest in understanding it deeply and, over time, grow into a technical architecture role.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain custom applications, integrations, and internal tools using C#, .NET, and Node.js/JavaScript\nHandle the day-to-day development workload — new features, enhancements, change requests, and bug fixes — and keep delivery on pace\nLead and mentor a small team of two developers, supporting their growth and reviewing their work\nCollaborate with leadership on technical direction, and grow into ownership of architecture over time\nTake real ownership of the systems you work on, from implementation through to reliable delivery\nWhat We're Looking For\n~10 years of professional software development experience\nStrong, current expertise in C# and .NET\nSolid experience with ASP.NET, including both web (MVC/Razor) and Web API development\nProficiency with Node.js and JavaScript\nComfortable working day-to-day in Visual Studio\nA track record of shipping production software and owning it end to end\nSomeone who thrives in a small-business environment — comfortable wearing multiple hats, working directly with decision-makers, and moving quickly without heavy process\nNice to Have\nExperience mentoring or leading other developers\nInterest in and aptitude for growing into a software architecture role\nA genuine appetite for learning a specialized business domain in depth\nYou'll Be Successful If\nYou're self-directed and comfortable getting up to speed with limited hand-holding — you figure things out and take initiative\nYou take genuine ownership of the systems you work on, seeing problems through to reliable solutions rather than handing them off\nYou're pragmatic — you ship working software and thrive in a fast-moving environment without heavy process\nYou balance hands-on coding with lifting up the team, mentoring the developers around you as you go\nYou're patient and curious about learning a specialized business domain deeply, and you see mastering it as an asset rather than a chore\nYou think beyond the immediate task and are motivated to grow into broader technical ownership over time\nWhy Join Us\nYou'll have direct impact and real ownership from day one, work closely with leadership rather than through layers of management, and have a clear path to grow into architecture.
