Job Duties:Proactively prospect new business by a combination of cold calling and warm calling pre-qualified leadsField inbound sales calls and process ordersDevelop and maintain your database in our Salesforce CRMManage and grow accounts over time to gain repeat business and expand on your account management skillsMaintain customer relationships through frequent outbound phone calls and office/site visitsProvide exceptional customer service to our existing and prospective customersProvide rental and sales quotes to customers in a timely and efficient mannerPerform post-rental customer follow-up and careResolve customer service issuesKeep management informed by submitting weekly sales activity and results reportsMonitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and productsContribute and work as an integral part of our team by assisting in related areas as neededJob Requirements:Preferably one (1) year + outbound cold-calling sales experience + inbound sales calls/leadsHighly motivated and self-disciplinedStrong customer service and sales skillsStrong communication, negotiating, and organizational skills and ability to influence the saleAbility to multi-task and maintain a strong level of attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentHigh School Diploma or GEDSkills & Experience:Proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsComputer skills - IntermediateSalesforce CRM experience a plusExceptional people skillsHighly organized self-starterExcellent written and verbal communication skills2+ years related customer service/inside sales experience desiredSocial media and online sales experience are a plusJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekSupplemental pay types:Commission payPerformance bonusWeekly day range:Monday to FridayWeekends offWork setting:In-personOfficeCompany DescriptionSun Pac Storage Containers is a family-owned business that has been in business for 40 years.
