Engineer","description":"Maintenance & Reliability LeaderA growing manufacturing and distribution operation is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Leader to oversee maintenance execution, preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, shutdown planning, spare parts management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume operational environment.This role will partner closely with operations, engineering, and plant leadership teams to improve equipment uptime, maintenance processes, and overall facility performance while supporting safety, quality, and operational objectives.Responsibilities• Lead maintenance planning and execution activities across the facility• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs through CMMS systems• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns, repairs, and small capital projects• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts to improve equipment reliability• Analyze maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives• Maintain equipment documentation, layouts, and technical records• Partner with leadership on maintenance budgets and cost improvement efforts• Oversee spare parts inventory and inventory optimization strategies• Support maintenance training and employee development initiatives• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance team members• Foster a safe, team-oriented, and accountable work environmentPreferred Background• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehousing, or industrial operations• Maintenance, reliability, engineering, or technical leadership experience• Experience with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting methodologies• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Root Cause Analysis tools• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced
