In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the organization and build positive relationships with new and existing corporate partners to drive partnership development initiatives. This position reports to the Director, Partnership Development.\nCome share your expertise while learning more about this growing sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative and dedication!\nThis is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.\nKey Responsibilities\nFulfill sponsorship agreements with corporate partners by collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high level of execution, customer service and fulfillment of all deliverables within budget parameters\nBuild and sustain strong corporate partner and agency relationships\nDevelop and implement new and creative marketing/activation strategies, methodologies and tactics based on corporate partner needs, research, data, success rates, and market trends to meet corporate partners goals and objectives and ensure 100% client satisfaction\nIdentify, present and sell new activation opportunities to assigned accounts; drive renewal revenue by using internal resources and sales strategies\nManage partnership details via CRM system\nCreate and present execution recaps and selling presentations\nPlan and deliver events, promotions and VIP experiences\nAttend Warriors home games, and special events\nIdentify, present, and sell opportunities across all Golden State properties to assigned accounts\nOther duties assigned\nRequired Experience and Skills\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience\nMinimum 5 years of corporate sponsorship and/or account management experience, preferably within the sports industry\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite\nAbility to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization\nExcellent written and verbal communication, service, and resolution skills\nSkilled understanding of social media marketing and the digital space\nExcellent problem solving, communication, and presentation skills\nAbility to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment\nCompensation\n$94,500 + Bonus + Commission (approx.
