Director of AI Platform Operations
Job Description: Own the end-to-end administration of the Association's primary AI platform and Microsoft CopilotManage user provisioning and deprovisioning, SSO configuration, permission tiers, and seat allocation across standard and Pro/Max license tiersEnsure platform configurations meet enterprise security standards and Responsible AI guidelinesDesign, build, and maintain integrations between AI platforms and core enterprise systemsPartner with Enterprise Risk to ensure all AI platform configurations meet data security policiesTrack platform consumption patterns and generate usage analyticsServe as the primary technical point of contact with AI platform vendorsLead technical due diligence when new AI tools are proposedOwn the build and maintenance of internal CoE toolingForecast platform capacity needs as adoption growsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field7+ years of experience in enterprise technology operations, platform administration, or systems integration within a large, matrixed organizationDemonstrated experience administering SaaS platforms at scale (1,000+ users)Hands-on experience with API integrations, data connectors, and middleware between enterprise systemsStrong understanding of data security principles, compliance frameworks, and enterprise risk managementExperience managing vendor technical relationshipsExcellent communication skillsMaster's degree in Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field (preferred)Direct experience administering enterprise AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint administrationFamiliarity with AI-specific technical conceptsBenefits: medical, dental, vision, flex accountsshort and long-term disabilitylife insurancelong term care insurancetuition reimbursementgenerous Paid Time Off12 annual holidaysPaid Family Leaveannual Cultural & Heritage DayVolunteer Day of their choosing401(k) retirement plan
