teams (QA, DevOps, Product, Data) to deliver reliable releases via Maven, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.· Mentor engineers through code reviews, architecture guidance, and engineering standards for maintainability, testability, and performance.Must-have skills 8+ years of hands-on Java development with strong OOP, collections/concurrency basics, and clean code principles.Deep expertise in Spring (Web/WebFlux), including resilient integrations and secure service-to-service communication.Proven SQL and PostgreSQL proficiency: complex queries, indexing fundamentals, transaction handling, and
