Sales Enablement Manager Join our dynamic team in a remote role based in Indianapolis, IN. As a full-time Sales Enablement Manager, you'll bridge the gap between sales, marketing, product, and operations to enhance seller productivity and win rates. This role requires proficiency in generic technology platforms and a strong understanding of sales methodologies.Introduce new sales team members to the company and strategy through structured onboarding programs. Develop and maintain core sales assets like success stories, product training materials, and competitive messaging. Manage and track sales methodology training and product certification programs. Optimize the sales enablement tech stack and ensure sellers utilize resources effectively. Collaborate with sales operations to define sales processes and ensure consistent messaging.5–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related fields. Proven experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and buyer-centric selling. Experience building and delivering onboarding and enablement programs.
