This role will oversee the technical program management function, ensuring successful program execution, and process improvement to various organizations. It will support operational business rhythms, department processes, team project management, staffing, and budget planning.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nDrive development of core hardware products and platforms for next-generation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and lead to resolve highly visible datacenter level issues at our production sites and at our partners’ datacenter sites.\nDevelop and execute end-to-end program plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of programs.\nDrive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.\nImplement effective escalation protocols and schedule recovery efforts, including stakeholder communications, resource allocation, and mitigation strategy.\nArticulate technology, requirements, goals, and milestones of the team.\nWork with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.\nEnsure what we build has the right balance of cost versus benefit, focusing on addressing highest priority partner team and customer needs.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.\n5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a focus on hardware product development.\nProven track record of successfully delivering complex hardware products to the market.\nProven understanding of hardware development processes and best practices, with experience in collaborating effectively with hardware teams.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams.\nSalary Range\n$130,000 - $150,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
