This role converts inbound prospects and builds strategic community partnerships to expand athlete and adult training programs.This is not a traditional gym sales role. You must understand sport science, athlete development, and structured training plans to position solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.This role has minimal administrative oversight and no P&L ownership. Success is measured by revenue growth, partnerships, and client outcomes. As we grow, there will be direct reports into this position.Core ResponsibilitiesConvert inbound leads from paid ads, website, social media, and walk-insConduct consultative discovery conversations with athletes and parentsPosition structured training plans based on goals and readinessComplete functional movement screens and capture notes for programmingDrive sales of performance training packages and membershipsBuild partnerships with:Sports organizationsYouth associationsSchool districtsClub teamsCoaches and community leadersEstablish referral pipelines and long-term lead sourcesCollaborate with performance staff to align training recommendationsMaintain consistent follow-up and pipeline managementIdeal CandidateStrong fitness, athletic performance, or sport science backgroundSkilled at value-based selling, not transactional membershipsAble to translate training methodology into desired outcomesConfident communicating with athletes, parents, and coachesRelationship builder comfortable in the communityResults-driven with a consultative sales approachMinimum Requirements5+ years sales experience2+ years team leadership experienceProven results in health/fitness or performance businessAbility to perform basic functional movement screenStrong communication and consultative sales skillsMust provide references who are able to validate performance resultsPreferredCSCS, NASM, or accredited certificationBackground in strength & conditioning or athleticsExperience selling high-ticket training programsCompensationBase salary (exempt)Sales commissionsRevenue share incentivesHigh upside tied directly to performanceComplimentary membership for you and immediate family
