We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.\n\nOur Performance Center in Carson, CA is the Engineered Products Group site for our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device, and Radio Frequency (RF) product lines.\n\nJob Summary\n\nPerform basic mechanical design and drafting activities using SolidWorks or other approved CAD software.\n\nCreate and modify simple 3D parts, assemblies, and models under Engineering guidance.\n\nCreate and revise 2D engineering drawings, including dimensions, notes, views, and other required details.\n\nExecute simple Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) based on Engineering instructions and approved redlines.\n\nIncorporate engineering changes into drawings, models, and related documentation.\n\nReview drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with provided engineering requirements.\n\nMaintain organized CAD files and follow established file naming, revision, and document-control practices.\n\nUpdate BOMs, drawings, specifications, and related documentation.\n\nMaintain accurate revisions and engineering records.\n\nSupport product obsolescence and supplier-change documentation.\n\nOrganize and perform assigned validation testing under Engineering supervision.\n\nRecord test conditions, measurements, observations, and results.\n\nIdentify and communicate discrepancies or unexpected results.\n\nCompile test data and prepare technical reports for Engineering review.\n\nMaintain testing and validation records.\n\nCommunicate effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.\n\nPerform other Engineering activities as assigned.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n\nProficient in SolidWorks or comparable CAD software.\n\nAbility to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to follow technical instructions and established procedures.\n\nRequired Experience and Education\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\n1 - 3 years of experience in CAD, drafting, mechanical design, or related work preferred.\n\nBase Compensation: USD 25.00 - 35.00 Paid Hourly\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled\n\n23301 S.
