They are seeking a Quantitative Strategist to join the Artificial Intelligence team, where the individual will help implement AI solutions throughout the investment process and collaborate with various teams to optimize trading strategies.\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\nBuild AI/ML/reinforcement learning/optimization models for investment selection, optimization, execution, and more\r\nImplement AI solutions throughout the firm via collaboration with portfolio management, risk, and other research teams\r\nAccess the firm's state-of-the-art data and hardware systems\r\nDevelop the foundational software used for AI at WorldQuant\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\n\r\nAt least 2 years of experience training AI, ML, reinforcement learning, and related models -- in the technology, academia, or quantitative trading domains\r\nHands-on experience building, testing and maintaining complex software systems\r\nWillingness to explain and defend employed models, their interpretation and business value to the team and stakeholders\r\nExperience developing AI/ML algorithms and infrastructure\r\nExcellent knowledge of Python, NumPy and Pandas\r\nExperience with at least one of: XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Tensorflow, PyTorch, MOSEK, CVXPY\r\n\r\nPreferred\r\n\r\nGraduate-level research experience in Artificial Intelligence or related field, including work published and/or accepted to major a conference is a plus.\r\nC++ knowledge is a plus\r\n\r\nCompany\r\nWorldQuant is a quantitative investment management firm.
