They will also provide software-focused enterprise-wide solutions primarily directed towards maintaining and improving internal team productivity as well as software support for our e-commerce team. Additionally, they will apply state-of-the-art solutions to continually improve customized company productivity enhancing applications. They will work in a small team environment with most solutions developed independently.\r\nQualificationsResponsible for design and development of a variety of new productivity tools to improve ADC teamers efficiency and job satisfaction as well as provide support, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications\r\nParticipate in evaluation/selection of future technologies and development tools\r\nMust have a strong desire to stay current, learn and apply new technologies and concepts\r\nTake tasks as assigned by Team Lead and research, gather options, analyze results, and propose solutions back to the team\r\nResponsible for contributing to the ongoing improvement of the teams processes and development practices\r\nDevelopment, testing and updates to unit, functional and integration tests\r\nResponsible for ensuring quality and suitability of deliverables\r\nCollaborate with team members and internal customers to define and specify effective solutions\r\nCapable of taking a solution from concept to reality individually or within the team setting\r\nEvaluate, select, and provide enterprise solutions to improve company functions\r\nRequired:\r\nMinimum B.S. in Computer Science (or related B.S. degree) with 5 years or more of web development experience OR Programming oriented A.S. degree with 10 years or more of web development\r\nMinimum of 5 years of experience developing applications usingJava/J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Web Services, REST)and exposure to MVC\r\nMinimum of 2 years of experience with relational databases using JDBC and SQL\r\nExperience with agile development methodologies (Kanban)\r\nStrong working knowledge of version control systems.
