BDC Sales Managers looking for an opportunity to drive our sales forward and earn competitive pay on day one should apply here!This department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads and Sales calls into the dealership.What We Offer:Superior industry payCompetitive and motivating environmentPaid training and efficient onboarding401KFull medical benefitsPaid time offAdvancement available- we believe in hiring from within our own stores.Responsibilities and Duties:Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.Follow up with all previous leadsCreate customer contact notes in CRM.Monitor and update follow up process in CRMRespond to Customer website requests via text, email or phone their preferenceNotify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new businessAssist the sales department's efforts to increase automotive salesAbility to meet or exceed monthly goals.Analyze current sales data and look for areas to improveOversee our digital marketing campaignSet quotas and appointment goals, driving sales, and tracking results.Qualifications and SkillsAbility to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service.Working PC knowledge, Excel & the ability to navigate the internet is required.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Professional work ethic.Customer service skills.Good time management skills.Outstanding communication skills.Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayAutomotive sales and outbound calling experienceManagement and leadership skillsJob Type: Full-timeEducational RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
