This role offers the chance to influence DevOps practices across multiple products and environments while enjoying a high level of ownership and autonomy.\nIf you like variety in your work, appreciate switching between different client needs, and want to help shape how DevOps is implemented across an organization, we’d love to talk with you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nArchitect, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure in both Azure and AWS\nBuild and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions, primarily using Terraform (with Bicep or CloudFormation when required)\nCreate CI/CD pipelines from the ground up using Azure DevOps\nOversee and optimize several parallel client environments (Development, Testing, Demo, Production)\nContainerize applications with Docker and work with Kubernetes where appropriate\nIntegrate automated testing within build and deployment workflows\nApply security‑focused best practices, including IAM governance, audit logging, SBOM and dependency scanning\nEstablish structured logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes\nParticipate in or lead post‑incident reviews, root‑cause analysis, and follow‑up remediation\nPromote cost‑effective cloud usage through tagging, monitoring, and resource optimization\nDocument architecture, processes, and system decisions in clear and consistent detail\nWork independently while supporting multiple internal and external teams simultaneously\nAdditional Responsibilities\nWhen DevOps workload is lighter, contribute directly to product development efforts; candidates should have real‑world software engineering experience, ideally using .NET/C#, Angular, and Python, and be comfortable jumping into production‑level coding as needed.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4+ years in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar hands‑on technical role\nStrong, practical experience with both Azure and AWS\nProfessional experience building IaC solutions with Terraform\nAbility to design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines\nSolid understanding of Docker and container‑based workflows\nExperience supporting multi‑environment deployment setups\nHands‑on integration of automated tests into build and release processes\nFamiliarity with compliance and security frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST)\nWorking knowledge of IAM principles, audit logging, and dependency/security scanning tools\nCapability to manage multiple client environments with minimal supervision\nExcellent communication skills and reliable documentation habits\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience working with Kubernetes\nKnowledge of Bicep or CloudFormation\nExposure to observability platforms (logging stacks, metrics systems, alerting tools)\nExperience guiding incident response and facilitating postmortems\nConsulting background or experience supporting multiple cross‑functional teams\nCost‑optimization experience across cloud providers\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.\nThis is a hybrid role and will require some on-site presence.
